12-Month Warranty
All our work is guaranteed for 12 calendar months from the completion date, which is indicated by the final invoice date.
Product Coverage
We source only quality components from trusted suppliers for all our extension projects. However, we cannot control manufacturing, transportation, or storage issues that may occur after delivery and installation.
We work with premium suppliers including RADIX for foundations, quality brick slip manufacturers, and established Advanced Composite Materials (ACM) providers to ensure the best materials go into your extension.
Within Warranty Period
If any faulty products are reported within 12 months of completion, we will replace them free of charge. You only pay for the replacement part plus a 10% handling charge.
After Warranty Period
For any faults reported after the warranty period, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts, a 10% handling fee, and our standard labour rates.
